Europe Strategy Working Group (ESWG)

Purpose

The Europe Strategy Working Group (ESWG) is organised to provide strategic direction for medium- and long-term engagement in Europe and with European partners. Brexit presents new challenges and opportunities encouraging a sustained approach to strategic engagement in Europe. The Group reports to the International Strategy Committee (ISC) at least once each academic year, as specified by the ISC.

ESWG Membership

Owing to the broad remit of the ESWG, it includes members from a wide range of stakeholders, including subject matter experts, academics with strong connections to European partners, and administrative staff from offices relating to student admission and movement, research funding, philanthropic development, strategic partnerships, and public affairs/communications.
